+ Art Lead (Full time, On-Site)
We are seeking a Lead Artist to guide and inspire our team of skilled 3D Artists in producing compelling worlds and assets of AAA quality. This role carries significant responsibility and offers the chance to significantly influence the development of a strong team. Your artistic, technical, and managerial skills are crucial in this position.
As the Lead Artist, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating the team's work to ensure that production goals are met in terms of both time and quality. This role demands proactive problem-solving and solution-finding at both the team and production levels to deliver an exceptional visual experience for the
project.
We need a builder mindset — someone excited to lead from the front,problem-solve, and contribute artistically and technically.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the artistic team in crafting AAA quality environments and assets.
- Help define and refine a scalable pipeline for scan cleanup, mesh simplification, UVs, and texture baking.
- Champion best practices for working with photogrammetry data and PBR workflows.
- Contribute to documentation of new processes and iterations for future team scaling.
- Define and implement art standards/systems, ensuring consistency in all creative materials.
- Collaborate closely with production to align schedules and plans with business and project requirements.
- Engage in project scheduling, maintaining foresight in planning.
- Ensure effective communication within the team, aligning members with project objectives.
- Provide regular, clear, and constructive reviews and feedback on the team's work.
- Foster creativity and participation from all team members.
- Ensure efficient collaboration between team members and other dependent teams.
- Maintain strong working relationships with direct manager, producers, leads, directors, and other teams to enhance project quality.
- Set high standards for the project, pushing for excellent results from both self and team members.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of work methods and pipelines.
- Share expertise and recommend best practices in your specialty area.
- Ensure that produced and integrated assets align with the artistic vision of the game and meet quality standards.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of industry experience.
- Proven track record in the entertainment and/or video game industry.
- Demonstrated ability in team leadership and management.
- Strong artistic expertise in both stylized and photo-realistic art styles.
- Experience working with photogrammetry or real-world capture data is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with RealityCapture, Agisoft Metashape, or mesh/scancleanup workflows is a plus.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility to judge material realism and scanned surface quality.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and defining pipelines from scratch.
- Profound knowledge of 3D software (3DS Max, Zbrush, etc.).
- Good understanding of game engines.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

+ 3D Artist (Full time, On-Site)
We are looking for a talented 3D artist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have atleast 1 year of experience and must have worked with scan data and realistic 3D asset creation for either movies or games.
- Overview
You will be responsible for creating optimized 3D assets for movies and games from scan data. You must possess the ability to recreate realistic details in both modeling/sculpting and texturing, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the PBR workflow.
- Responsibilities
- Work closely with art directors and team leads to create high-quality, realistic 3D assets for use in VFX and real time production pipeline(s).
- Collaborate with team leads and production managers to ensure that assets meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Be process oriented and ensure that all assets are technically sound and meet all the project quality requirements.
- Be proactive and contribute towards enhancing existing workflows and processes thereby increasing efficiency and quality of work.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
- Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience at a renowned studio and must have worked with scan data and realistic 3D asset creation for either movies or games.
- Good to have an understanding of Photogrammetry workflow. Working knowledge of Reality Capture will be a plus.
- Strong understanding of PBR workflow with strong proficiency in Zbrush, Maya and Substance Painter.
- Strong technical skills, including understanding of topology, optimization, texture maps and file formats.
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
